There are still plenty of quality players left at all spots, and the Browns aren't locked into any particular position. The Browns should be able to trade back six or seven spots and pick up a fourth-round pick, replacing the one that went to Houston in the Deshaun Watson trade. The Browns have high grades on enough players to safely move back half a dozen spots and get into the fourth.
