7/11/25 | Ja'Lynn Polk Issues Strong 6-Word Message Ahead Of 2025 Campaign. Not much went right for the New England Patriots in 2024. While they appear to have found their quarterback of the future, Drake Maye, with the No. 3 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, their second pick from that draft class, wide receiver Ja'Lynn Polk, struggled from the jump during his rookie season. With the Patriots' wide receiver room needing a boost, the front office selected Polk with the No. 37 overall pick in hopes he could emerge as a contributor right out of the gate. 7/10/25 | Analyst Gets Honest on Patriots' QB's Decision-Making. New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye definitely showed a lot of positive signs during his rookie campaign, but one area in which he raised some questions was in his decision-making. Maye threw 2,276 yards and 15 touchdowns while completing 66.6 percent of his passes in 13 appearances and 12 starts, but he also threw 10 interceptions and fumbled nine times. As a result, many have pointed to Maye's mistakes as a rather glaring concern heading into 2025, but Zachary Pereles of CBS Sports doesn't seem to think it's that big of a deal. "If you read the caption above and think 'this guy doesn't take care of the ball and isn't accurate -- he must be bad,' you're mistaken," Pereles wrote. 7/10/25 | Patriots Training Camp Preview: Offensive Line. While the New England Patriots face a myriad of questions regarding several position groups, none may be more plentiful, or intriguing than their offensive line. In the wake of losing longtime team captain David Andrews to retirement, the Pats face several questions surrounding the unit whose primary duty will be to provide protection for Patriots quarterback Drake Maye. As the Patriots begin yet another new era under first-year head coach Mike Vrabel, they will enter training camp with linemen Will Campbell, Jared Wilson, Garrett Bradbury, Mike Onwenu, Morgan Moses, Cole Strange, Marcus Bryant, Caedan Wallace, Sidy Sow, Vederian Lowe, Layden Robinson, Ben Brown, Tyrese Robinson, Demontrey Jacobs, Jack Conley, Yasir Durant and Mekhi Butler on their roster. 7/09/25 | Patriots' Offense Named One Of NFL's Worst. The New England Patriots have been active all off-season when it comes to adding protection and playmakers to their offense to better suit second-year quarterback Drake Maye. In the 2025 NFL Draft, the Patriots used all three of their first three selections on offensive players. Left tackle Will Campbell was taken fourth overall, while Quinshon Judkins and Kyle Wlliams were taken in the second and third round, respectively.
