5/23/10	The Brewers shifted Gamel from the 15-day to the 60-day DL to make room for Zack Braddock on the 40-man roster. Gamel is just beginning his rehab from back issues.
3/25/10	Gamel will officially open the regular season on the 15-Day DL, though the time table for his return remains uncertain.
3/18/10	Gamel was diagnosed with a "minor tear" in a lat muscle and is expected to miss about 6 weeks. This means he will probably do some rehab in the minors before he's even considered for a roster spot with the parent club.
3/10/10	A minor shoulder injury continues to keep Gamel out of spring games, but he's still a good candidate to make the team. If he can just stay healthy and put together a hotstreak, he could win the 3B job from incumbent Casey McGehee. A platoon with McGehee is also a possibility.
