6/06/10Jimenez struck out eight and gave up six hits to move to 11-1 with a 0.93 ERA through 12 starts. Only Dutch Leonard's 0.83 with the Red Sox in 1914 was lower through that many starts, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

6/01/10Monday's victory made Jimenez 10-1 in 11 starts with an ERA of 0.78. By now, the reciting of Jimenez's ERA is generally modified with the adjective "microscopic." That conveys the general sense of its extreme smallness reasonably well, and although its use has become somewhat repetitive, it is probably better than "itsy-bitsy."
5/31/10Jimenez lowered his Majors-leading ERA to a barely-there 0.78 ERA and extended his scoreless innings streak to 26 innings, a club record for a starter. He set the previous record for a starter, 25 1/3 innings, earlier this season. The overall scoreless record for a Rockies pitcher is held by reliever Gabe White, 29 1/3 innings, done in 2000.
5/21/10Jimenez held the Astros to one broken-bat dribbler hit in seven innings of a 4-0 victory. But he suffered cramping in his left hamstring while running out an infield bouncer in the top of the seventh. He cramped in his right hip while retiring Lance Berkman to open the bottom of the seventh.
5/10/10Jimenez struck out five and held the Dodgers to two hits in seven innings, but one of the hits bounced off his glove to drive in the only run against him. Russell Martin added an eighth-inning home run off Matt Daley as the Dodgers won, 2-0.
5/04/10With Jimenez blazing unhittable fastballs through the strike zone, it didn't matter whether the Padres swung. Jimenez finished with a career-high 13 K's in seven innings of a 5-2 victory at PETCO Park.
4/23/10Jimenez improved to 4-0 and his ERA fell to 0.95. He scattered five hits, struck out five, walked two and never got into much trouble. He helped carry the Rockies on a day when they couldn't do much with Washington starter Livan Hernandez (2-1). Jimenez now is tied with Phillies ace Roy Halladay for most wins in the National League.
4/17/10Ubaldo Jimenez pitched the first no-hitter in the Colorado Rockies' 18-year history. Jimenez (3-0) walked six -- all in the first five innings. He was helped by Dexter Fowler's diving catch in left-center field in the seventh inning. Jimenez was at his best in the final innings, reaching the high 90s with his fastball right up until the final batter.
4/05/10Jimenez held the Brewers to one run and eight hits in six innings of a 5-3 Rockies victory.
