With the loss, the Guardians are now 92-69 on the season. They have won the American League Central but still would like to win on Sunday in the regular season finale to get some momentum for the playoffs. The Astros have won the American League West and are locked into the No. 3 seed in the American League playoffs. They will take on either the Kansas City Royals or Detroit Tigers in the wild card round of the playoffs, set to begin next week.
