5/17/24 Cardinals Landed Potential Stars in NFL Draft. By now, you know the story: Marvin Harrison Jr. is here to rescue the Arizona Cardinals. Other Cardinals first-round pick Darius Robinson is a versatile and violent defender who plans to disrupt the line of scrimmage more times than not, bringing potential of a game-wrecker to an Arizona defensive line that missed exactly that last season. One was Florida State running back Trey Benson, who was the second running back taken in the 2024 NFL Draft and is considered to be a "home run hitter" out of the backfield.

5/14/24 And Now, The Cardinals Offense Begins To Come Together. Thanks to what has been an impressive voluntary turnout for what to this point has been Phase Two work (offense and defense separate, no helmets, with the Phase Three OTAs starting next week), that work everyone has been counting on that side of the Cardinals' ball is underway. Monday was the first day rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. was working alongside Kyler Murray, James Conner, Trey McBride, Michael Wilson. New wideout Zay Jones was on hand after signing his contract. Jonathan Gannon said Murray had a session last week with the "best RVA I've seen in my life" -- that's routes versus air, given no defense -- and while that's fine, the game absolutely includes defensive backs and a pass rush.

The team made the right choice in sticking and picking at No. 4 overall to take receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., who is my second-ranked player overall.
