Jake Bobo only had two receptions in the Seattle Seahawks' 33-16 preseason win over the Kansas City Chiefs, but he made them count. Making them count is something the third-year wide receiver really needs to do, too, based on the way the Seahawks' roster is shaping up in the first year under new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak. Bobo, who the Seahawks signed as an undrafted free agent out of UCLA in 2023, had a pair of touchdown catches of 12 yards apiece in Friday's game, and there was a lot to like about each of them. As the skill-position players took the field for routine stretches before a recent Seahawks training-camp practice, Jaxson Smith-Njigba stood out like a sore thumb.
