3/17/25 Adding Simi Fehoko Nod To Special Teams Needs. There were a bunch of things happening around the Dignity Health Training Center late last week, but one that fell between the cracks was the signing of wide receiver Simi Fehoko to a one-year deal. This isn't about the 6-foot-4 Fehoko -- who was a teammate of Michael Wilson at Stanford -- coming in to change the complexion of the wideout room. As of today, wide receiver Zach Pascal is unsigned, and he played a big role on special teams as well as being a fourth/fifth receiver.

12/25/24 Chargers WR posts gruesome injury update on social media. The Los Angeles Chargers are in the midst of a postseason race . Being in a postseason race means that everything that happens on and off the field is heavily scrutinized. One thing that every fan keeps an eye on during this time of year is the injury report. The Chargers are no different than any other team around the league. Every injury list is piled with names of players who could make an impact for their franchise. However, losing a player at such a needed position like at wide receiver, is not what the Chargers need right now. Last month, veteran wide receiver Simi Fehoko shared some absolutely gruesome photos of his elbow on his Instagram account. The former Cowboys receiver said he dislocated

11/06/24 Chargers injured reserve continues to grow as rookie linebacker and another WR join list. The Los Angeles Chargers have dealt with an incredible number of injuries this season, and the season is only halfway over. On Wednesday, the team added two more players to injured reserve, which was already a lengthy list. Junior Colson, the team's third-round pick out of Michigan, has been placed on injured reserve and backup wide receiver and special teams guy Simi Fehoko has joined him. Despite several wide receivers being moved before the deadline, the Chargers chose to stick with what they had.

11/04/24 Simi Fehoko might be out when Chargers now play Bengals in prime time in Week 11. Simi Fehoko hurt his elbow and could end up on injured list, which would mean he'd miss the Chargers-Bengals game in Week 11, now switched to prime time.

10/22/24 Refs Defend Controversial Calls in Cardinals-Chargers Game. The game was ultimately won via field goal as time expired, though two plays have been major talking points for fans on both sides along with neutral spectators. The first flag (which was picked up) came before Arizona's game-winning drive when the Chargers were trailing 14-12 just before the two-minute warning. Chargers WR Simi Fehoko looked to be on a different page than Herbert, cutting inside rather than continuing down the field.

8/27/24 Chargers opt to keep 7 wide receivers on initial 53-man roster. In the end, Simi Fehoko and Brenden Rice both made the Chargers' 53-man roster Tuesday, two of seven wide receivers who survived the NFL-mandated cutdown from the training camp lineup of 90-plus players. Wide receivers Cornelius Johnson and Jaylen Johnson didn't make the cut. Easton Stick earned the backup quarterback's job despite a disjointed performance during camp and exhibition games while Justin Herbert was sidelined for nearly three weeks by a right foot injury.

8/27/24 3 hardest cuts from our final Chargers 53-man roster projection. The Chargers are less than 24 hours away from announcing their initial 53-man roster for the 2024 regular season, meaning a handful of players will be cut, even some who had strong performances this summer. It will be interesting to see how General Manager Joe Hortiz and Head Coach Jim Harbaugh approach the wide receiver position. It's hard to see the Chargers keeping seven wideouts, and I think Simi Fehoko's production will earn him the sixth spot.

Cowboys receivers Simi Fehoko and Jalen Tolbert appear to be locked in a battle for the fourth receiver spot in Mike McCarthy's offense. Author: Adam Schultz Publish date: Jun 2, 2023 2:05 PM EDT In this story: Dallas Cowboys The Dallas Cowboys have a lot of receiver talent. CeeDee Lamb, Brandin Cooks, and Michael Gallup - the so-called "big three” - get much of the focus, of course. But what about the rest of the receiving corps? 8/26/22 Cowboys 27, Seahawks 26: Top 10 Whitty Observations; Four Interceptions, Winning Preseason. Receiver Simi Fehoko may have run a precise route, but he dropped a well-thrown, fourth-down pass from Rush to end Dallas' opening drive. Rookie defensive end Sam Williams finally did on an NFL field what he consistently did in college - sack the quarterback. Williams, Dallas' second-round pick last April, beat Seattle's first-round selection (Charles Cross) for a first-quarter sack of Seattle quarterback Geno Smith.

5/30/22 Simi Fehoko getting time with first team at Cowboys OTAs. Wide receiver Simi Fehoko didn’t get a lot of opportunities on offense for the Cowboys during his rookie season, but the 2021 fifth-round pick is getting a chance to make a case for himself this spring. With Amari Cooper and Cedrick Wilson gone and the likes of Michael Gallup, James Washington, and Jalen Torbert out [more]

3/17/22 With Amari Cooper leaving, Cowboys Simi Fehoko has a chance to get some playing time. That’s why Dallas spent a fifth-round pick just last year on Stanford receiver Simi Fehoko. They knew that they would need to have depth with either Cooper or Gallup leaving, and Fehoko was tabbed as a guy to potentially earn more playing time. The Cowboys reportedly didn’t consider Cooper to be a good fit for Kellen Moore’s offense.

2/25/22 In uncertain WR room, Simi Fehoko eyes bigger role in Cowboys offense in 2022. Simi Fehoko took a bit of an extended path just to get to the NFL. And while some first-year players like Micah Parsons fast-track their way to superstardom right out of the gate in their rookie season, the fifth-rounder is taking the same kind of slow and steady learning curve that made him a first-team All Pac-12 receiver at Stanford. Fehoko was on the field for just under a third of the Cowboys’ special teams plays in 2021.

12/24/21 Amari Cooper frustrated with diminished role in Dallas Cowboys struggling offense. Cooper says he can help, especially on third downs. And in COVID news, Jourdan Lewis and Simi Fehoko are out of Sunday’s game, bringing the number of sidelined players to five.
