Kiddies listen, a pitcher without any fast ball who seems to be best suited for batting practice should not be on your team. One good start and 20 bad ones are what he averages. Brazelton gave up two homers, two doubles, two infield singles and four walks. He has allowed four homers in 6.1 innings this season and has an ERA of 24.16.
3/30/06Brazelton completed a sensational turnaround by being named the fourth starter. Brazelton had a spring training ERA of 1.17. Same guy who last season, with Tampa Bay, he went 1-8 with a 7.61 ERA and had off-field problems. Do we believe this fantastic career turnaround is for real? Certainly not me.

5/07/05Brazelton last just 3.2 innings in his start Friday and his record fell to 1-6. He has lost three starts in a row and manager Lou Pinella has said that Brazelton may be moved to the bullpen. Brazelton would lose what little fantasy value he has if he is moved to the bullpen.

4/16/03Brazelton has had two strong starts at AAA posting a 1.86 ERA in 9.2 innings. Brazelton could be in line for a promotion soon considering how ineffective the Devil Rays's starting staff has been.
3/25/03Brazelton was optioned to AAA.
