"Ramiro had stiffness in his neck, he said during warm-ups it may be a problem," said PawSox manager Buddy Bailey. "He slept on it wrong and it had nothing to do with his shoulder, thank goodness." Because of the mild setback, Mendoza might not come off the DL next week.
