The Red Sox should move Bill Mueller to second base and play Kevin Youkilis at third, at least until Pokey Reese gets back. If Youkilis was dropped in your AL-only league, pick him up.
6/30/04Manager Terry Francona indicated that Mark Bellhorn could get some playing time at first base once Bill Mueller returns to the Red Sox lineup. Francona is going to have to be creative to get Mueller, Bellhorn, Pokey Reese and Nomar Garciaparra into the lineup on a semi-regular basis. If the slumping Kevin Millar gets hot, Bellhorn or Reese may have trouble getting into the lineup.

4/09/02Bellhorn was scheduled Sunday to start at 2nd base for the slumping Delino Deshields according to Don Baylor's lineup. The game was rained out but it remains to be seen if Bellhorn cracks the lineup this Tuesday versus the Mets. He's only batting .100 in 10 at bats as opposed to Deshields who's batting .263 in 19 at bats so we're not quite sure of the wisdom here from Baylor. We'll keep you posted.
