Baltimore on Tuesday also optioned outfielder Heston Kjerstad to Triple-A Norfolk and designated infielder Emmanuel Rivera for assignment. Mullins returns after being sidelined since May 28 with a strained right hamstring. He's batting .232 with 10 homers and 31 RBI. Westburg has been out with a left hamstring strain since late April. The Baltimore Orioles are likely sellers after a dreadful start to 2025, and one player that could be moved, according to Jon Morosi, is former All-Star Cedric Mullins. Morosi notes that the Rangers, among several teams could be a fit. Through their first 36 games of the year, they are 21-15 and in possession of the third National League Wild Card spot. This comes after they won 95 games last year and won their first NL East title since 2011. They lost the NLDS to the New York Mets in four games. However, while the Phillies are playing good baseball as of late, they aren't without some flaws. Most notably, they aren't getting enough production out of center field.
