According to Adam Schefter, Kendrick Bourne is signing a one-year, $5 million deal with the San Francisco 49ers. Bourne was on the Patriots' initial 53-man roster, but was released after the team failed to find a trade partner for the veteran receiver. Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel refused to entertain reports that wide receiver Kendrick Bourne and safety Marcus Epps requested to be released after the two veterans were part of the final round of cuts this week.
